Hopeless place to work. Read their terms and conditions very carefully before joining. Managers fry fish in the office. If you are ok working with minimum pay with no Holiday for festivals also then this company is for you.

Read their documents very carefully or else many of the dumb rules and salary issues would be uncovered later. No leaves would be provided for first 6 months. Being a yes man to manager necessary .

Best Company compare to others, best in salary, work time, Holidays, Promotion, Gratuity. Top Managers are very good in nature. They always understand the situations & solve the matter. Great work- life balance. Excellent people to work

before covid the office was too good.

Past 2 yrs there is no full salary for sales persons. still they are giving in pro data basis. after entry of one person in Bangalore morality and work culture of company completely changed there is no any job guarantee for tenured employers those who are nodding the head for management only can sustain. there is language base racisms also there

Pros:- They work for the client for them whether client is lier or saying lie they will trust them. A minute of slang by client they will offer refund even if there is no mistake.

...ally think to be polite- - No growth, even if you are getting you have to ask. - For them Covid is like a reason for salary deduction - Team Manager do not have manners to speak -Ask about increment they will fall from sky - They believe in Taking, they can't give anything to employees -Being in client servicing they believe they should get 5 star if not pay Penalty They can't give you increment, but they can make you forcefully work on deducted salary and make you pay penalty for no reason. Heads here play game and think for new politics. Take risk on your own, management if you are watching please improve.
