Too much politics among staff to get eyes from management. Particularly some senior persons are too much involved in favouritism. If you are not licker than your life will be as good as hell.

Visage group is very progressive company and always get a challenge work which I like most. This company is trying to launch high quality product and I am also the part of this.

Here appreciation is good but raising in salary is slow. not a structural system.

O3 professional is a fraud.

O3 Professional Visage Beauty appears to be a fraudulent company. They hire new employees, only to fire them within 5-6 days and discourage them from seeking further opportunities. After the initial hiring process, they claim there are no vacancies available. This pattern has been repeated with four freshers so far. The company's CEO lacks professionalism. It's concerning that they hire new graduates, who presumably give their best effort, but then terminate them mid-month if they find someone seemingly better.

Here is a woman who is ruling whole company with her ego and attitude,she thought she is very smart and yes she is very smart but in the politics not in her job profile.she is also thinking that she is the only one who is growing the company indipendently and no one works for the company.she is not only pulling the legs of people but she step up his or her head and scoring numbers in front of MD.she ruined his juniors life and she is very abusing woman ,I had never met in my life ever like her.

Everything. Major work culture issue. If you are a new joiner then they will start evaluate from day 1. There is no process of KT, training or anything which is needed for the growth of employees
