Due to hiring freeze a lot of off timing meetings happen late night and early morning. Hybrid wfh 3 days a week. need to and maintain 50% of attendance mandatory. No respect for personal or family time, anyone can reach out yo you anytime. Managers are supportive but not much changes can bring due multiple reorgs and too many sr managers in decision making

Aggressive work tracking using code commits, jira epics done etc. Night calls regularly. Lack of team spirit. Everyone is working individually. Quality of crowd has gone down drastically. Those joined in 2023 or later are workaholic. Increments are low < 10% starting 2024.

There's a lot of internal jargon and processes to get your head around. * Siloed Teams: Despite the interconnected nature of the work, I've noticed a tendency for teams to operate in silos. This can sometimes hinder collaboration and create communication challenges. * Fast-Paced Environment: While the dynamic environment can be exciting, it can also be quite demanding. There's a constant pressure to deliver results quickly, which can sometimes lead to long hours.

Meaningless cost cutting and layoffs - even competent, hard working people are getting laid off even when the company is hiring resources with similar skills in parallel. Too much office politics and favoritism
