Aggressive work tracking using code commits, jira epics done etc. Night calls regularly. Lack of team spirit. Everyone is working individually. Quality of crowd has gone down drastically. Those joined in 2023 or later are workaholic. Increments are low < 10% starting 2024.

Job security, lay off happened recently Too much boundaries of roles, you will hardly get appreciated if you do something beyond your role. It may even go into escalation against you.

There's a constant pressure to deliver results quickly, which can sometimes lead to long hours.
