Since it's a consultancy company ....they are adding lots of salary as a variable and they are releasing max 60 %. You might have to seat on bench as they are in advance.

There is very less in-house project.Job security is major concern.

Good salary My project team was very good and supportive Hr was supportive during the my offboarding and COVID time

too much of politics , false and fake promises by managers , managers are biased , no career growth , too much of work pressure , no work life balance , Variable pay concept is pathetic. You will not get variable pay either if you resign or less than 85% of billing in a year etc., too much rigid and pathetic rules for variable pay , promotion , hike etc., please do not join in virtusa-polaris.

Good environment for the freshers to start. We can gain more knowledge on banking domain.

Dislikes

Compensation is the worst thing to dislike. They will give less amount even if we get best ratings. Unless you raise resignation, they will not give you much hike.
