This is an MNC which is very good for freshers, the best salary in the industry will be provided to the freshers, Very very good company for development and testing and cloud computing projects But only regret is that management won't treat you like employee, The offboarding part id very difficult, literally they will see you as enemiy once you applied for resignation

No job security. Work culture differs from State to State. Company Policy will differ from department to department. Policy differs from people to people and management to management.

Honestly, I don’t like a thing about this company. Only thing is most of the time there’s no work pressure.

There’s a huge deduction in salary. There’s nothing much to learn and grow here as there are very few projects left here. Variable pay and Hike calculation are so complex. Hike is very negligible and variable is so high which is paid only once a year. 9 hours is mandatory and very less work from home opportunity.

Bench period: if you are on bench and you are not getting any projects for more than 60 days you will be given 30 days additionally and after that you will be asked to exit.

The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.
