Don't give internet expenses. It should come with salary because we are spending as we are on project and working with client.

MBO payouts. Virtusa will deduct some money from your salary every month and gives the money 6 month once in the upcoming quarter. For example: if your salary is 20k rs per month, 5k rs will be deducted from your salary. 6 months ( Net 30k ) will be credited to your account by July 15th and next 6 months will be on December 15th. If you are investing the money every month, this will cause trouble to you.

The work life balance is very good. Abundance opportunity to develop your skills and get certifications too. Work satisfaction.

Dislikes

...rtunity so that they can gain some experience and no just read and learn theory. There is a large sum of money in variable pay, so you get a less in hand salary. Hikes are also low.

Work pressure, layoff,keep in bench for long time for approximately 1 year and no salary increment & promotion if you are in bench and from last 2 year if you got increment percentage is 4%.

Even though many companies strictly asking to return to office, Virtusa is not implementing it strictly. Provides lot of opportunities to enroll and learn new rhings

Dislikes

...company. Employee appraisal happen every half-year but hikes doesn't. In last 3.5 years only one salary hike cycle happened. HR follow up on non essential things but maintain radio silence when it comes to any queries related to rating or hikes.
