Job security - As this company doesn't have lot of projects so if we are released from a project it is rather a daunting task to get another one. Company culture - The hired resources are sent to work with the clients where the resources have to manage everything on their own.

1. Virtusa deducted 70% of the salary in corona time and after that they laid off many people. 2. Internal process of getting the project is also like finding a new job outside, there is no difference and no job security when your work is delivered. 3. They don't take much time to ask you bye and leave the company once the project work is over. 4. Even if the project is for 3-4 months then they recruite people from outside and once the project is over then you will get to attend the interview but if available (only) else you will be asked to leave the organisation. 5. I didn't like the way of working in virtusa

If you are into good project then the scope of learning is good, you can meet good people and improve your skills, since this was my first company in technology I have gained good knowledge from my project team mates

Dislikes

Hikes and variable pay are never given on time and hike percentage is very low mostly 1k to 2k per month, they include vp as part of your overall package don't fall for this please check your salary slip before joining, resources allocation is the second worst thing is this company even if you are good in certain skill set they will push you to a different domains which causes your loss of grip on current skill, unless you are a fresher with very few options looking to start your career in IT, avoid this one

The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.

Worest company ever, they don't give salary in payslip as they mentione in the offer letter first of all. second HR tell lies like you salary will get hike like in anything in 3 months until u join which they never do. even though ur serving notice period they will ask the amount to pay instead of they do F&F.

I suggested don't join in this company if u have any other offer. if u dont have choise thn go with worest company
