1) No salary hike 2) Managers and HRs are totally dumb and they do not respond of emails and team chat. 3) No appraisal time cycle 4) Duffer CEO, he does not know how to run the company. Not sure till how long this company will survive.

Overall average company to work with. Good pay and take home salary compare to other organisations, no much deduction. Work life balance depends on project you get. They usually send you at client side and you hardly visit Vritusa.

Good MNC to work with and teammatesare supportive. There's an huge opportunity to learn new technologies and always there is a scope for improvement. Flexibility of timing and work life balance is good. Company have lots of projects with different skills set.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Notice period is too high to get new opportunities.

No job security. Work culture differs from State to State. Company Policy will differ from department to department. Policy differs from people to people and management to management.

...bout employees. Feedback will not be shared to the team members by the managers. If we ask for release our variable pay will be detected.

Culture and office locations are good. Holding many projects in Banking sector and also having some handful of projects in Telecom sector as well. Will have good learning experiences in projects as in some of the project uses latest technologies. If we perform well they will provide Top performer bonus also and will get 12% to 15% of hike.

Dislikes

1) Worst Variable pay policy (Note: Variable pay was not there for the people joining after 2019) 2) Less Onsite Opportunities. 3) Work life balance depends on the project you are getting in. 4) No perks and other benefits
