Worst company. They won't listen to new hires. They only believe in old people in the organization. No work hirerchy in terms of tracking. Even director will do the job of tl. Then why they need tl and am, pm, ad. They only trust in their old employees.

It's all about the project u r gng through. In my project, I have gud work life balance, time to time salary, friendly environment.

Promotions are not upto the mark, how much u work u will get the same salary, no appraisals and some regional feeling between chennai team nd Hyderabad team.

...rking with both Polaris and Virtusa. Need to play more politics for your growth. Compensation revision was good when it was Polaris and now it is taking almost two years to in Virtusa to get one hike which has to change. Work culture and job security wise is good.
