It's all about the project u r gng through. In my project, I have gud work life balance, time to time salary, friendly environment.

Promotions are not upto the mark, how much u work u will get the same salary, no appraisals and some regional feeling between chennai team nd Hyderabad team.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company policy was very good at the pandemic time. They supported us at every step.

Don't give internet expenses. It should come with salary because we are spending as we are on project and working with client.

Wonderful teammates, Training on any technology is very less, job is secured until you're in a project, career growth and travel depends on the project and manager, appraisal is pathetic and better when compared to other big MNC's, politics will be everywhere and so no discussion on that here, learning is almost less w.r.t. technology, work environment is good, innovation is there but it didn't reach till you and you'll get to know only by reading company mails, work-life balance is good and depends on how you plan according to the project. Overall I can say 3/5

Training, career growth, salary,travel,learning innovation -- everything is at very low level and didn't meet our expectations

As a virtusian ,I can say this is one of the worst companies to work with .They will hire for development roles and they will put us on training On developmenyt .They then ask us to develope projects based on the training they provided . And then time passes , they willl put us on bench for months without any reason . Then on one fine day , we will receive a call from one team . Yeah , that is from support team ( which mainly includes mailing and taking screenshot and monitoring ) . As a fresher , I had a dream of joining here thinking of working in a developer role . But then support roles only offered to work with , when hesitated to join in that team , the Resource manager will scare us to leave the company if not accept to join the support role .Even After accepting the support role , When we have any doubt , the RM won't give a damn .He won't reply our doubts and any questions after joined in any team . Now I am currently in support team wasting my life .

...d for preferred roles won't be put into that team , but into some random teams . Poor work allocation policies , poor pay , no proper hikes , very head weighted senior managers .Even trump / Biden won't behave like that . I would like to humbly request any higher management virtusa people who are seeing this, pls work on these things because it is not employee centric .
