As per my project work life balance is very good..I worked with uk team where manager and team mates are very supportive and used to tell me not to stress more if i work more hard..

Very less hikes..so u should go in to virtusa with a good package..once entered u will not have much hikes

Variable pay is not payed on time. Generally it is designed in such a way that employee would lose out on their variable. Variable component is payed out in 2 cycles (sep to March and April to October) Here is the catch that September to March payout happens in June and the other happens in December. This way there is a 3 month delay to pay variable money. Very smartly designed in a way that if employee resigns he or she would loose our 6-9 months variable. If you do not clear client round then you would be asked to leave the company.

There is no work life balance. Manager wants you to work 12-13 hours everyday along with weekends , without any compensation off or additional Pay.

...low ethics .Many people adviced me not join virtusa now I understood the reason.don't fall for the extra few lakhs they will pay ..majority of the projects are old stack.
