Worest company ever, they don't give salary in payslip as they mentione in the offer letter first of all. second HR tell lies like you salary will get hike like in anything in 3 months until u join which they never do. even though ur serving notice period they will ask the amount to pay instead of they do F&F.

I suggested don't join in this company if u have any other offer. if u dont have choise thn go with worest company

- Office is located in good location - Health Insurance Policy is good

Dislikes

- Only few good clients - Slashed billing rates to clients to win projects. - Project unable to pay salary to billable experienced employees - Worst management - Most of the managers are Excel pundit they have no idea what technology is - They give unrealistic deadlines to clients - There are thousands of non productive, non billable liabilities are sitting and eating large chunk of the revenue without doing any productive work - No value for experienced technical persons - Cafeteria is horrible (not a single company has such a horrible cafeteria) - No office transport is available - If you belong to a specific state in India, then only you survive

Working on different Projects help you to learn new technologies. Managers are supportive and encourage you to learn and work 21 Earn leave and 6 Sick leave in one calender year

Variable pay is dependent on the allocation of the project. it will be deducted if you are out for 1month .

Good salary Having many clients. Job security is good Internal training is excellent

Depends on client it may good or bad Process needs to be improve Many assesement so sometimes difficult to balance client side work and this assesement

Wonderful teammates, Training on any technology is very less, job is secured until you're in a project, career growth and travel depends on the project and manager, appraisal is pathetic and better when compared to other big MNC's, politics will be everywhere and so no discussion on that here, learning is almost less w.r.t. technology, work environment is good, innovation is there but it didn't reach till you and you'll get to know only by reading company mails, work-life balance is good and depends on how you plan according to the project. Overall I can say 3/5
