Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...hey don't prefer skill development either. No ESI, No PF no manadatory benefits. Once they were deducting ESI from salary but when we asked what was my ESI accounts they didn't have that detail. We were only 20 employees and extremely streching our jobs even on Sundays sometines. There GST is of Rajasthan and they are operating in Noida. Overall this company is a complete scam. The director only wants to earn her share of income and not for others. If not believe my words please go to that company and experience yourself.

Dislikes

Everything, as there were no benefits, I resigned within 2 months and there were 5-6 people with me who were resigning. They target young college passout kids from some stressful background for there company. It is easy to manipulate such fresh minds.
