...ny emergency off I was called and forced to come to work from half day till 9pm. And my salary will be of half day. The managing people who are racist and some doesn't even have skills knowledge after all these they expect you to work like a Hollywood editor. The worst, racist, toxic company of pune.

To be honest nothing, even I had to spend 20 minutes to think what i like about the country. Nothing at all. They hate people who have desires to learn new things.

Dislikes

Suffocating work culture, they change rules and time table of employees just like a snap. And will expect you to be Hollywood editor. Don't have common sense and culture, extremely typical mentality as if like village idiots. They are on the high rage on deducting salaries, one example i can give 15 minutes late your salary becomes half day salary whereas i had to work 12-14 hrs for two months and there were nothing much for that. The manager, who is glued with the female employees, loves to make fun of male employees in front of them.
