poor management Hr department is jock. my salary is not settled even after i resigned from there ( 35k) Hr doesn't take calls for payment discussion. no job security politics by senior staff, projects are given based on personal interest not on talent based. still being divided in the name of place and religion.

One of the most pathetic and unprofessional company I have come across. They roll out a job posting ; collect profile and suddenly position goes on hold They always claim that they do not have budget issue however they only pay to girls who look good (prooved historically) The company owner call you for interview on Sunday and himself doesn't turn up The HR takes your intervew and doesn't revert on feedback So if u r a good looking girl then you have high chances Boys : all the best

Projects are very good, So many new things I got to learn here. My team was best, especially our TL Shubham, He is the one who manages everything in the company. His designation is project coordinator but he should be a project Manager. Overall experience was very good with the organisation. There was no politics ever.

Dislikes

Old office was not much good, cafeteria was too small. Salary sometimes comes late by 2-4 days, salary was very less.

No Job Security. They simply send one mail that your are terminated you will not get any salary from them. Lots of Politics People not Professional at all Person who thinks to quit the job & join this company be careful.

Opportunity to experience US working method once in a while

No job security, you can be terminated anyday without notice. No salary settlement. Unnecessary PI deducted and never paid back. The director treats everyone like a slave. No off day, you need to be available 24*7, day night, else insults daily
