Always late at giving salary. Expect employees to work without consumables and reagents. Lack of empathy towards patient's life, only interested in wheedling money out of patients.

Likes

The only thing I like here is Radiology department and our HOD. And scope of learning new cases in our department. Perfect performance gives good results.

Dislikes

Employee benefits are at least point here. And no fixed date for salary. No on time increment and yearly bonus available here.

Its a family based business and nobody know anything, But still working from 5-10years. No knowledge and its like a working in old age home.

Why is f&b department dont provide services to Staff . i strongly condemn this .There is only least time for staff to consume cold beverages and we couldnt find ward boys free . F&B staff should provide support to deliver .

i myself J .Pavan reddy , brings the concern about Pharmany dues. About yesterday .Hp kit was not in stocks they say that they are getting whenever ever Hp kits were advised they are getting from oitside pharmacy .. and that stock audit people wont provide minimum dressing material in all respective wards like roller bandages , Tegadum patches of all size atleast 10 pieces .Pharmacy is biggest regreat of the hospital.

Working under CRM manager could definitely give me and my attitude a positive strength, because I have to take huge number of calls especially in the time of Covid phase 1. Have to be very relaxed no matter how pressurized we are. I had learnt that from my manager and all this credit goes to you mam. Thanks a lot.

Definitely the salaries and the appraisal part. Oh my god. It's horrible.
