Teammates was good, training/learning sessions was also very good. If you see the carrier line/salary in Virbac there is too much politics is in internal management, start from bottom to Area Manager is good after that dependency/mercy of higher management team. Same is in travel plans again mercy/dependency of 2nd line manager. I feel in Virbac everything is 2nd line manager, no higher management has seen or checked about how bottom line people have feeling about company/management or criticizing by 2nd line manager. From bottom line to Area managers job depending upon 2nd line managers communication either right or wrong.

Dislikes

No top management team has ready to listen about bottom line to Area manager category employees they simply go to/take a decision of 2nd line managers feedback/his communication. Higher Management don't think about employees working experience/serving in company years/performances and his character also. That's why many of the seniors employees has resigned Virbac in last two to three years

The best thing i liked about the company os its environment,teammates and our Boss. i learned alot of things from the company that how to manage things and at the end of month how to manage aur work. People are free to work there and if they need breaks during their working hour they can be freshen up.

Dislikes

The Salary was very low according to the work and no other perks were given at the time of best working or timely working as the corporate staff.

No appraisal for Business Officer Incentive by evaluation, some of salary part on performance base.

Virbac is a excellent company specially for freshers. They gives much opportunities for learning & personal growth as per your skills. Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive.

...growth & their are no connection with upper level management or HR department. Salary & carrier growth are slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
