Viraj is like a ocean of knowledge,skills and opportunities.. it's upto you if you take plenty of water or fill ur tank of knowledge.. If it comes to covid, it's on you how you deal with it also the company doesn't feel so secure to be working at while pandemic.

... don't give you any kind of incentives as a appreciation neither promote you.. Also the salary package for engineers is less and yearly increment is also very much less, doesn't matter how much you work but mostly everyone gonna get same increment. Another bad thing is in a training period of GET they don't provide you proper training. There is no soft skill training session or job training

...e dictator. Their is no appraisal you only get 5 persentage hike in every year. Which is lower than the infiltration so every year your salary will be reduced

...will take his relations forward. Every HR team also sucks. 1) No carrier growth. 2) salary is not received on time. 3) No job security. 4) No salary growth. 5) A dirty atmosphere has been created in the HOD & HR head department.

Great palce to work . Seniour's are good and supportive . But management is very poor. There is no recognition for your work efforts. Otherwise this place is very good for learning not earning.

Work culture is toxic. The management isn't worried enough about the retention of employees. Though there is much to learn, still there is no scope of growth in the company.

Not a decent salary as compared to the industry standards. No career growth.
