...e dictator. Their is no appraisal you only get 5 persentage hike in every year. Which is lower than the infiltration so every year your salary will be reduced

Great palce to work . Seniour's are good and supportive . But management is very poor. There is no recognition for your work efforts. Otherwise this place is very good for learning not earning.

Work culture is toxic. The management isn't worried enough about the retention of employees. Though there is much to learn, still there is no scope of growth in the company.

...ns of stomach. The companies policies are also good except the management staff. The bonus given every year is incredible except the the salary paid to the employees. The best part I like is job security which is great In our organization. There are some points where organisation should to look into. As a supervisor that's I would like to express my views regarding our company.

Being polite I'll sadly tell the facts which I regularly see in our company while working with an international organisation I feel good but the management under which i work don't give me the satisfaction by salary which it should. As an supervisor I don't feel like to work with such kind af atmosphere. Also the benefits like gymnasium (fitness), sports and activities, education facilities which are well and good for the staff and organization which we would like to see by our organization are also not done.

Is anything about viraj company I said the only about my supervisor Mr. NAIR SIR. he is like my guru in this industry. He teach me everything in this field if he n me will never meet in this field I quit my job in 2 or 3 months... I only thnx viraj coz he gave me Mr NAIR sir.... The brilliant personality... If anyone who can is thinking for work in viraj go under NAIR sir.

12 hrs duty and salary is low at my time.... And my travelling issue.
