Nothing is likable., Phnom Office, Cambodia is worse for working

Dislikes

The owners (two twins control the whole system) involved heavily in micro management leaving no room for employees to work independently. Frequent use of abuse languages towards employees, especially expatriates creates a hostile and unprofessional work environment. There is no freedom to perform tasks or responsibilities without constant interference. Policies are frequently changed without proper communication, leading to confusion and inefficiency. The overall work cultures lacks respect and trust and not approachable also.

Likes

Just one thing they pay on time. But if you are under their Hire & Fire police then forget entire remaining balance salaries.

Dislikes

Words are not enough to criticize this company, Rude & Moral less owners. Always Hire & Fire policy, Disrespectful & local Indian foul language used in meetings, Every alternate day meeting and harassing employee, no appraisals, no any Indian staff has survived in this company for more than 15-18 months. If you are looking for long term & secure job then this is not the place for you.

I have opportunity to learn many new thing from working place. I have chance to meet new people and I can convince myself to work under pressure when i got new job to do.

Dislikes

Not yet have proper to procedure to work and there are too many people that join to work and left the company in short time
