Their incentive policy is good. Will get incentives on time alongwith salary in the last day of month.

Dislikes

What i don't like in vipany is about their leave policy, when all other consultancies working 5 days, here it's 6 (2nd and 4th fixed off ) Also the there in only 12 casual leaves nothing more nothing Less. No sick leaves or floting leave policy.

Salary was on time and never stopped any kind of payment

Worst place to work... infuse new people cos they want their business to grow... but never willing to listen or change anyhing about the way they work... Firing is instant withourt any notice period and worst is they will not even tell you the real reason why they want you out of the system. Bunch of people who are with the company perhaps from the start and company still blindly believe they are the only ones who are working for the company... This company can never grow unless they start thinking fresh and out of the box. I feel sad for them.

Don't join thi company. If you have interview don't attend at all. Don't waste your time for this worst company. Management does not care about employees, very toxic environment.Lack of Respect for Employees. Unnecessary gossips about others. Worst company

Dislikes

No proper leaves, more pressure, no ethical values, worst politics. No proper maintenance inside the company. No training. They will show you hell. No work life balance only tourcher work will be there. Better they have to purchase robots. No knowledgeable persons. They will talk badly about you even though you didn't do anything wrong.

No Skill Development, No requirements, Company Leadership is not at all suitable to lead the Organization. The Leadership consist of people who are stuck here from years. They don't change any policies based on time they just want to achieve revenue.
