Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year. We gave long time for company but in covid crisis company was struggling so they fired us, from all over India company closed more then 650 store's.

... is horrible. Commercial head is involved in stealing so as the branch manager. More over over all commercial team, n branch manager having property which is merely impossible by the Salary. Even knowing every thing you cant say anything above all the way they control store expenses in kolkata you will feel like a Begger. Store manager doesnt have any authority . Radhika Pirmal is the best MD. She trust people. But some culprits are taking undue advantages.

when i was working in VIP everything's ok when covid19 start VIP never think about me kick me out like used and throw.

Covid - 19 time VIP never care about working employ quit your job I cant pay . have u know how I survive . my bad condition how I eat how I live I don't have work how I explain about my condition . when covid 19 start VIP just kick me out they never care without job ,without money how I live ..............;(

...u will not be suspended or dismissed by vip other than if its not your mistake .then salary growth i can assure that no company will provide such a good salary and appraisal and incentives (100% guarantee) ,regarding travel you can take the best luxury. wherever you are going company purpose you can claim the amount through bill .i didn't experience it due to my designation as inside sales promoter but i have seen my team leaders and managers are claiming their money through bills
