Appraisal cycles are supposed to be in October and April, but they are consistently delayed by six months. So, if your appraisal is due in the October cycle, you'll only see the increased salary in March, and without any back pay. The HR head, Rahul Srivastav, explicitly states that they are only responsible for the current salary, not any arrears. They can also arbitrarily cancel appraisals due to a lack of management ethics and accountability. There are no company events or celebrations. Workplace politics are rampant, so your survival depends heavily on having a good manager. The Keka software tracks your location throughout the day and the CEO monitors your tea and lunch breaks. Before joining, be sure to ask about the leave policies, which are completely unfair. The probation period is six months, and the notice period is three months. This company exploits employees, targeting those in desperate need of employment. It's the worst company I've ever worked for.

The list is. long... 1. Salary is very very less. 2. They don't get much projects so whenever they loose a project they ask to switch project one time i heard HR saying to devops guy to switch to development. I was like how can someone just switch his profile .........in 2-3 days. 3. HRs don't even know anything about tech .........but almost take the major decisions here which is very wrong. 4. Taking leaves is very difficult here. 5. biggest problem is hire and fire policy .......and just make things smooth HRs are hired here. 6. Please don't come here they cancelled my internship just as covid came and told us to go home just now without even thinking about our rent. 7. Start mailing just for cofffe breaks. 8. You can be fired anytime. 9. They just told us to change our profile.

...the worst company I have ever worked. No work life balance, too much politics. The worst thing is they your part of salary in name of retention and promise to give it when you complete an year, after completing year they doesn't give your money back but say they will give it another year and continue deduction your part of salary in name of retention. If you are 5 min late they you are absent in morning half, If you are on resignation they you are going to be a victim of politics for 3 months

...supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year, based on performance.

really bad experience ...no growth, less salary,no increment, no learning especially the digital marketing team is the worst ...team leaders have no knowledge of marketing, content creation n all....they will only push you to do more work and meet the target deadlines.

Everything is bad....even the HR is not good , no cafeteria space, strict 9 to 7 job culture, deduct salary for 1 min shortfall in attendance, this is the worst thing i have seen there
