I really enjoyed working there best part was every person was helping me when Everett I need really Good team and nice management .

Dislikes

In starting when I joined people were with there on work then they could not give training just a suggestion the should give a new person a trainee full 5 day it will help him the the fresher to learn the process faster.

Likes

Appraisal and benefits have improved over last few yrs, especially to non sales / mktg staff. Secured congenial environment where people do not fear loss of job.

Dislikes

There is literally no scope for people to move around in different job functions or roles. People continue to do the same job for yrs (though they get promoted) but no change in role, which keeps them motivated.

Gives you very good experience of international trade, including indepth knowledge of the dynamics of price movements and its implications on demand and supply, and visa versa

Dislikes

Basically position traders, so for a person coming from a purely stock and sale model of marketing, this will require a major paradigm shift
