-All shops Worst Layout -Zero Lean manufacturing. Worst process flow -NO JOB SECURITY -ANY time they will remove you from job -HIRE and FIRE. Without control they will hire. Suddenly they are realising excess manpower then FIRE -Worst Organasation structure -From one shop to another shop you have to go by bus. Waste of time of employees. -Worst food. No spicy in food. Very bad smell in canteen -NO proper communication from management -Many Vieatm people do not speak proper English -They are Hiring people from Canada, India, Brazil. After extraction of work at any time they will remove you from job -Vieatnam people are very adamant they do not want to learn

...le and competent team. They behave like a mafia when it comes to firing people. I highly recommend all the expats not to join Vinfast / V-Green, no matter how much salary they are offering. They can fire you even within 2 months.

With nothing, VinFast management will show that they have everything. Engineers can't work there because you can't do any kind of action in your team. There is no job security, there are many evidences.

Deadline rush like hell, lots of penalties if you got a mistake. No chance to fix a mistake and improve yourself Work-life is no balance at all.

Management has to understand their goal. Proper planning and execution to achieve the goal. Should invite new ideas and provide the chance to explain everyone's suggestion. Meeting and brainstorming to be conducted to understand the suggestion. Investing without proper planning or goal is useless

Dislikes

Improper planning, useless investment, unaware about process, not ready to accept about unaware, avoid new ideas, no chance to handle by experts, not ready to provide trainings, getting loss by useless investments, skipping the proper system, not ready to learn by experts & looking for shortcuts for good results. Not ready to follow time plan, all the activities and process is being started when nearing to time plan closing.
