Nothing is likeable in this company. No body should join this company. Its terrible and horrible working culture. Too much pressure and no appreciate, except only old employees and buttering and bootlicker employees get aprtitation.

Dislikes

...o bills clear, Even after leaving company, they will not give yours epf amount. Which they diduct from salary but not deposit in EPFO. They keep in own trust, its in won control not in government EPFO. Even they not given relieving letter and experience certificate.

Job security is good without major fault they will never terminate the employee

Always given benefits and credits to buttering people salary balance is very low in same designation and same work same experience

It provides salary on time unlike most other companies and working hours are not as per civil also there is flexibility in attendance

Work culture There planning and repeating same data in different formats wasting manpower

Likes

1- Salary is always on time. 2- Without any valid reason company will never fire its employee. 3- It provides in time compensation and reimbursement. 4- Salary increment is good. 5- Supportive work culture. 6- Good growth prospect.

Dislikes

1- Very difficult to balance work and family life. 2- Increment depends on your project in charge. Which is purely biased. Not according to your work and effort. 3- According to demand of project you should work overtime but you not get any monetary benefits on that.

Likes

1. Salary on time 7th of month but for new joiners I will be 11 or 12th of month. 2. HR policy is good. 3. Helpful employees. 4. Rs 5 per kms for bike fuel. 5. Some senior have Helpful nature.

Dislikes

1. Worst guest house I have ever seen. 2. Some time you won't get the food. 3. Some senior are worser than worst. 4. If you suggest some new idea in any meeting then their ego will hurts and then your salary of some day will get deducted, so go with the flow with seniors. 5. For Civil Engineer, no growth. 6. If you are specialised in some field, then definitely you will be in other feild in this company, like if you are a OHT specialised then they will depute in Pipeline work or reinstatement work, or any other work.
