Everything . Worst Management. 16days. They will make u wait. And atlast they will quote their salary. Someone else will take ur technical round not from the company. No communication. No proper channels.

We can work and learn parallelly. Vinca will help you to earn certifications in Cyber security and which will upgrade you. Very friendly environment. Mistakes can be corrected in a very kind way. Vinca guides in a very positive way.

There are multiple positive things about Vinca, they celebrate every holiday, yearly awards and organise events for employees, try to improve their employee's knowledge and grome every area where they felt his or her week.

I feel that 'Vinca Ignite 2022' is only the beginning of Vinca's major events. People who all are here with a lot of enthusiasm and support make all of these activities possible.
