Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Salary hike is good according to performance

Dislikes

U won't get salary on time. No leave for staff even on weekends. U get compensated but not on good scale. Working hours vary. No fixed schedule for work. Would not suggest any of my friends to work here

Absolutely nothing.

The most unreasonable person as a CI. Complete partiality b/w south indian and North Indian staffs. No growth for people who work hard and if you wanna grow high in your post, then you should start praising the CI or you should be a relative or acquaintance to that guy. Full of corruption, if you wanna survive there, then you should kill your self respect and start learning how to deceive people. Unless you are of his caste you won't get easy promotions and increments, there are people in that organisation that enjoy the benefits only because they are of his same caste or either she a woman. Very very bad place for women to work
