New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Bcz they appointed people for perticular 1 work and deside salary like that But When you start job then after 5 -6 months they will anytime change your department .. and that out of your celablilse and there your never secure your job When you come at work and then you have a any madical emergency on your home so that's not possible you can reach on-time , bcz they never give you leave in emergency and thay make u realise. U pray to them for go for emergency Just thay thik only money never think for employees
