Good work environment and culture. Company policies not good. They give low salary not hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't lazy work. Replacement issue not give Replacement claim to Distributer. There mismanagement. There is a bond of 5 Years before resignation. On the not support given to new joinees.

Nothing it is not a good a company at all. It is somebody’s family business and you have to work there as a servant.

Dislikes

No growth, nothing to learn here. Nobody knows English here so people will ask you to write their mails. A company full of uncles who knows nothing

A superb company to work with . No need to stress about losing your job as many employees rarely leave this company. Management understands the employees very well.

Nothing to dislike at the company when this company is taking care of its employees .
