No any support from director and managing director, and for your kind information not a single day off to Staff, if you leave during corona your Salary was dedicated, no any company policies for Staff, working culture is like a retail store.

Every thing of company, it's called to a pedhi, director are working style is very poor, they're not communicate with eachother so that staff are suffering, if you do 1 director works then second director is rudely behaviour with you, they are not calculated your work, but calculate whose work you then they dicide to your are liable for increment or not. If on personal do everything then all the person give him all the work but he/she don't except increase salary. And most worst system is bond systems, if you sing bond then all the directors start to harassment the staff. They don't know how to work with female Staff, they also harasment to female staff, so many staff left the vimal with full and final settlement.

only and only staff are very good except 2-3 employee

mis-behaviors by the directors, directors are very egoist, they are personally targeted to employee, job are not secure any you will be dismiss. personal life is finished if you work their
