...td. is very bad company to work with. They don't have any visions or directions. They don't give the employees salary on time. Also the company employees are very rude, don't want to help each other. The company doesn't provide training for their work. You have to manage it through your earlier experience.

Company Policy, Salary is not on time, don't provide training to employees, rude management. They don't provide any medical facility, employee welfare etc. Even they don't provide Tea, Coffee in the office to employees.

The employee are dedicated and hard working.

There is no job security. They get you on board by paying higher salaries. But don't pay on time. The system are poor and process keep on changing. No long term vision.

Salaries delay by 3 months , No HR department , HR manager mr Thomas not helpful , steal employees money , they don’t give return ticket when the want you back in India . Expenses not on time , expenses get cut 59% every month

Company is good and decent, but ask us to work independently but in some areas not able to go through,need to improve it.

Company is Good, Good Structure. Heads are motivating. Individual responsibility is given and everyone is trained to work without monitoring.

Dislikes

As i am in junior level, i need always some one to guide, but company wants everyone to take individual responsibility which i am not able to. I feel that is what i dislike.
