TOO MUTCH SALARY DEDUCTION NO SALARY INCREAMENT NO BONUS NO ANY LEAVE WHOLE YEAR WORK EXCEPT SUNDAY SHOW DREEM TO HIGH INCREAMENT OF SALARY IN 6 MONTH AND START WITH LOW SALARY AND AT THE TIME OF INCREAMENTN HE SHOW THAT YOUR PROFARMENT NOT GOOD SO IMPROVE YOUR PROFARMENCE

Company culture is very pathetic due to: Too much interference in your work and personal life by owners. No HOD are given freedom to take decision as per their ability. All single decision needs to be approved by owners and HOD has to accept and bow down to owner. Zero employee benefits for long term service and performance review system is a faux. All organic ratings are then manipulated by the owner himself. Owner habitual to humiliate their employees Owners claim and have their mindset as they own all their employees (a very Raj era mindset) Owner don't hesitate to use foul language.
