Starting with management personnel, cmd sir, directors are very polite and humble. Respect each employee and provide recognition infront of other employees. Very helpful in professional as well as personal front. Bosses are full of industrial knowledge and doesn't shows their bossisiom on juniors. Very happy that i m working in such a great organisation.

Pay is somehow on lower side as compare to industrial standards

Only Priya Patel (HR) is too Good. Salary on time and bike convence

Your Job is not security . PM ,DGm or state head will not interact with field staff . There were communication gap between site and H O and R O.

Appraisal based on recommendation only, not based on performance. No benifits(salary hike/promotion) for Who are long service done , compared with new joiners(Proper HR policy not available). Huge Delay of sub-contractor payments and etc...

Salary not in time. Generally salary credits after 15th / wait until company RA bill gets credit. Contractor payments are not in time. Unprofessional culture. No value for time. HR ignores to employees after the completion of notice period. FNF not in time.
