Nothing except for it's office in mumbai where you watch the director who looks like the old santa claus smoke cigarettes every hour and listen to his gyaan /sessions on why you all are useless and he being Mr. INDIA.

Everything. They think employees are servants . The director throws duster and pen in meetings and he can't even operate his mac book .

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
