It was a startup and trying to make their place in the market, so we have a lot to learn about the market their.

The company gave salary in cash and don't provide appointment letter and experience letter, teammates are not supportive at all and shift their responsibilities to other so that they cannot face any trouble. There is no official training, everything goes on word of mouth, even the increment. The management don't trust their employees at all, treat them like a labour, and don't take any responsibility of employees (accident and death on work) give mental harassment to employee by calling them in every 20 mins. The Management ignores the issues like harassment to their female staff and never take action against it. They have a handbook which states that they can terminate any employee with or without reason at any time (fired 3 employees without notice).

No compensation, no paid leaves, no liability taken by the company, horrible work environment, racist & sexist staff, HR policies include invasion of privacy like sending your reports or enquiring about employees from their family and friends while on leave. I have been cheated as i got no documentation because they make you work cash in hand by not disclosing their terms on hiring.

staff is friendly, seniors are good, products are good, all safety precautions are taken in the working, its been around 10 months I am working here, i have learnt lots of things here and still learning. Company policies are excellent.Employees have full freedom to work in their own manner, company does not offer any targets.

I have been working at Vikram roller flour mills ltd. for more than seven months. You have the freedom to plan your work and I am happy that the quality and quantity of time spend here with my VRF family. Great learning experience.
