Likes

Knowledge of basic science is explained and taught to students in experimental way. Everyone is involved in creating new experiments. And also because of lockdown is was challenging to work with students but due to team efforts it became easy.

They're not that open minded and Doesn't consider new ideas easily. They stick to their old pattern of teaching to students. Youth might not be find too easy to work here.

Best place for women. Women friendly environment. Trust in employees to give them complete power for dealing. Education research and outreach progs provide lots of learning. Higher authorities very understanding
