I have been with multiple organisations, however working here I feel more at home. There is a feeling of being part of a family and working merrily together to achieve a common goal of overwhelming our customer experience.

Dislikes

The only thing I would say is that I would love to see the organisation give staff an opportunity to cross train and have an insight of other roles and probably they would succeed on that areas.

I like the way they take responsibility of the cruise during the contract period, the journey which starts from the home to the ship and back home with utmost comfortabilyty and care

Dislikes

I dislike the food on the ship for crew members. as per department wise they should take more responsibility to take the initiative to make sure to trained the members in their particular department the department head should see personaly whether the new comer or existing crew of the department have gone through all the training in each and every section Of there own department make a schedule and tell the members to act according to it. the existing crew members only support to there own nationality,and doesn't bother about the new joiny People are not been promoted as per the experience . If you are not comfortable with your cabinmate and complain to the purser no action is been taken.

This work has given me a lot of opprtunities not just to earn for a living, but also to grow personally on my chosen career. Through our culture in our workplace, I had execellent communication skills by working with people with complex personalities. The management as well has treated us great even though through the pandemic. I am in deep gratefulness, for not leaving us behind and for thoroughly supporting us during the challenging times.

Dislikes

Even though I had good experience, I think that nothing is inevitable in a well-maintained workplace and along with this is some superiors that hasn't been good to all of us and has treated us in an immature matter. I've been with colleagues that had different manners along with mex and even though we didn't worked well along, I have maintained professional communication among them.

Cannot do anymore ...regular updates were provided to us by the Senior Management ...never felt any insecurity about the job...Best place to pursue a career .. Many thanks to all in the Viking Management!!🙂🙂

I liked working in Viking as here the Growth is good, no discrimination at all and if u are talented and capable u will be move ahead!!! During Covid-19 it was initially good support Ed, as they were giving some money 💰but now they stopped giving money 💰so request if possible to give some help on this regard( Monetary) will be greatful.
