Growth is slow. Job timing is 12 hrs sometimes 24 or 36 hrs also. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take bacy my suggestions most of the times.

The Teammates are good but the seniors are very bad if they feel that our work are good they started politics against you and one day either you leave the company or they terminates you without any reason say your work is not satisfactory and if your engage with "CHAMCHAGIRI" your overall growth is very nice.

Dislikes

Family life is destroyed, accounts person always sittiling in night because the seniors used full day to own work and in night you will finish the company work, if you deny you lost your job.
