...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I am only 18000 salary without 4 members depend on my salary .and also rented house .but company told me to do half day .its very hard to ajust plz kindly decsuce about that

There is no canteen. no proper lunch time. No vehicle parking place. Frequent salary cuttings For silly reasons. No other benefits like No family education support. No Family health support. No cafeteria. No job training. And not soft skill development.

...rting managers. 5) Senior have spyies to monitor new comers and blames simply. 6) no salary punctuality . 7) Your KRA allotted during joing with be disturbed and involved by other departments employee with permission of senior management. 8) There is no process of work, complete family business culture being a corporate company. 9) Insufficient allowances to senior joinees 10) Unrealistic expectations and change of policies and terms every month. 11) No Holiday /Half day on Saturday. 12) even if you are allocated with some travel budget, for even Rs.100/- you need to take CEO approval. Overall never suggest to join this company in any department, they make you fool after joining by disclosing there Hitler Rules & Conditions.

It is an extremely professional place..no time for gossips and time waste..only work and quality work. Very very hectic for the employees but too good for patients.

It should be a bit more employee friendly in terms of salary and leaves.
