Overall never suggest to join this company in any department, they make you fool after joining by disclosing there Hitler Rules & Conditions.

Worst audit department. Having targets to cut the salaries of employees. 9. More domination from senior employees who are so called senior managers 10. After resignation settlements take six months for employees from HR department also 11. On the name of HR Rules higher management behaves ruthlessly with employees. 12. Travel policy is worst. We need to bear from our own pockets 13. In COVID time when employees are sick, salaries were deducted without any mercy. 14. Semi skilled people only will work for longer periods 15. Better not to join this company as they don't have professionalism and work ethics. 16. Lot of cases filed in labor department against the management. 17. Intentionally will give bad feedback to ex employees and spoil their career.

...n take decision any time including they may ask you to leave without any reason. Work is too much and Salary is peanuts. Most unprofessional company with no ethics and value for employees. This company has the highest attrition rate of employees leaving the company for no specific reasons. Here we don't have to resign, employee access will be closed to all emails, apps and access without the employee consent or informing to employee. This company is ruled, governed and silly to crucial decisions are taken by 1 person.

Work here, only if you are not capable of doing nothing anything good. Employees here has less knowledgeable, no growth, in capable of doing nothing but good at donkey job or courier or delivery boy job. Management needs only those type of guys and hire them at shit price. If you are one of them then this is the right place for you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
