...ect. Every department is different and you are only responsible for your own. Salary is on time, which in my opinion is something only 1% of company/employer do in india. The infrastructure is very good and feels comfortable working there.

Dislikes

I don't think there's anything that i dislike about working in the firm. But one simple person, who is bad at its job and is your senior, makes all the good things feel like its not enough. And you struggle every day.

...ed one, hence everything will be decided by them only, no management envolved. Salary growth is poor(for those who are not in their list) No job security, Worked here for more than 2 years but didn't enjoyed the job.

Discrimination, management support to the old staff and who says yes for any shit. Inhuman restrictions and rules. Its like u get locked up inside once you enter office. You cannot go out side the gate even to take medicine or food. Ending up spending double money on zomato. No half days if you come beyond 9.45 there is full day deduction. And after spending 9 hrs in there management expect you work beyond 6.30

No growth and in covid as well didn't think for employees have to come office anyhow whether it's raining heavily or roads are blocked or if government declare holiday or even in high covid especially sales and crm have to sacrifice all family holiday no growth of career n salary risk life in covid but have to come office anyhow worst think never think for employees.
