There is no process if you want your leave they if treat you like your doing anything wrong they tell ask to HR and HR also no response

Nothing just you are being catch in their net fishing with all employees wait for diwali bonus and after that waits for appresal so they fool you by extending 1-3 month delay so all employees can wait once they get bonus or something so employees thinks it's more 3-4 months and I will get appresal so all employees are being fished

Working hours is very terrible no work life balance you woke up go to office and you come home to jst sleep that is the work life they mentioned that there is 10 hours duty with 1 hours break jst think you go and punch in morning at 10:30 and leaving frome there at 10:30 or sometimes 11 even worse part in any occasion or festival they will call you early morning at 8:30 and you leave store by 11 or 12 no over time is consider but always late marking and half days are consider by company pethetic working style made all employees donkey.

...d diwali bonus -worked in head office which was pretty big and well maintained -On time salary (7th of every month) -No cuts and wfh during lockdown

-lower salary than market -long working hours (10-7.30) even longer in branches -not for a fresher, more for -they can switch your job role according to their needs -less increment and no increment during covid No insurance no team outings

There is no profit there or nepotism is too much, the employees are aged yet they are doing less in sales, they work hard but the company cuts incentives or the owner roams around in royal roles, he is very useless.
