Salary and appraisals are good as compared to other company's Politics is everywhere in the market so it depends on us how we take it. Being a retail firm work life is little bit haywire. Job security is based on our performance so no comments on that Yes very innovative to pull the crowd. e.g 50% clearance sale and kitchen tadka festival. And it's a growing firm so there will be more innovation in the near future.
