My time with Vijay Raja Homes has been incredibly rewarding in terms of both learning and earning. I started as a fresher and have since been promoted. One of the aspects I appreciate most about the company is its openness to fresh ideas. If you have an idea that aligns with the company's goals, you can present it to your manager and the management. If they find it effective, they will implement it. I also appreciate the work culture, which promotes independence and has zero politics.
