Work lifebalance 12hr×365 days site runs forget about national holiday some site will run. 12 hr is minimum it goes to max 15 to 18 hr. No system in company, if you are old you are king having all perks if you are new means 3 to 4 Yr old is also new no special perks. Perks move with closeness with site GM. Different rule on Different site. In future there might company will have vision, at present not clear.

There is lot of familyism in the company some people have been set like this for a long time, they do not allow the new staff to be set. They consider the company as their grandchild, due to which even the company does not take any action on it.
