1) team mates or co -worker cooperation is good. Job security depends on your work performance,quick learning , punctuality.salary increment is very low or depends on boss parcility. Work environment is good, every department work like there responsibilities so not so bad.

Dislikes

I m working in Vijay group from last 6 years but whenever appraisal came i never happy b'coz boss parcility is more than work pressure. I m punctual, less leave taker hardly 15 days in a year.excellent performance, updated always ....but still salary hike only 3% always ...less than office boys & housekeeping staff...it's not worth of my performance.
