Worst management, it ruled by single man it's a small company like builders, and there is no security of job and it's not a good environment for developing career

Likes

one of the best workplace at site, the directors are understanding, they keep touch with even small employees. It's a small company but they take care of you in every aspect.. I have worked there and found it quite satisfied.

Dislikes

RCM and Site Incharge are real pain, bosses are good but staff is somewhat rude.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
