There is no job security, they not given salary time to time (once in 3 months) there is a lot of politics and feelings ,the management doesn't address our issues

There is a lot of politics . Salary is very low, No career growth . There is a bond of 5 years but non use. No bonus, no fixed date for salary,and they will give one salary once in every 3-4months
